TC and USA TXC models feature the new Marzocchi 50-millimeter forks with new sealed pumping element, while for TE models, forks come without the sealed cartridge. The bodywork is all new, having a fuel tank equipped with fuel pump for Enduro injection models, with 8-liter capacity. New is also the tank cap, easier to open. All Motocross and Enduro models will have new "fatbar" Tommaselli and new handlebar clamps. 250, 450 and 510 Enduro engines adopt a fuel injection system developed in collaboration with Mikuni. Motocross engines are with carburetors. Enduro and Motocross models have both a new kick start system, but TE models are also equipped with electric starter. The engines have been improved to be more functional and have better reliability thanks to the use of a new valve lifting system, new chain tensioner, and clutch basket. New are the exhaust systems that are now positioned on the left hand side of the motorcycle. Even the engine’s look has been revised. Black matte paint for the crankcase, aluminum color for both cylinder and head, valve cover in "racing red".
